My Story

The gym has always been a place where I could escape. Over the years I became a gym rat, and my obsession for fitness and wellness became even more enhanced as I witnessed several family members become ill after not taking the best care of themselves. This pushed me to make a change in my life - I started working out at least 4-5 days a week, became more conscious of what I put in my body, and began investing in myself in any way that I could. Eventually, I became so passionate about fitness and wellness that friends and family started turning to me for workout and/or nutritional advice. I found myself being able to talk about the topic for hours. Eventually, I had come to terms that this was my calling. I decided to pursue my passion- I quit my office job, got certified as a personal training specialist, and started taking on clients. Up until this day, I am finding immense fulfilment in being a positive influence to others, and motivating them to get fit, eat clean, and live their best life.
